Haripurdhar Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh

Haripurdhar

Haripurdhar was before known as 'Dungbhangayani'. Once in the past, this was the mid year capital of the Sirmour. Arranged on a peak of Haripur slope like a quiet sentinel, there is a post named "KILLA" that was based on this mountain range by the leaders of early Sirmour State. It was for the most part intended to watch the state edges with the neighboring Jubbal State as there were normal limit debate between the two states and there was surprising push into every others domain. It has fallen into surrender and the part which is still reasonable is utilized by the Forest Department as forester's home office.
Haripurdhar has a wonderful atmosphere amid summer and icy amid winter. In the winter season there is overwhelming snowfall in Haripurdhar locale. Voyagers appreciate this snowfall, that is the reason Haripurdhar has its own particular significance. One can visit Haripurdhar all round the year.
